Everything that Hans lists that’s bad about the movie (Looks terrible, shitty acting, annoying) is what made early RU-vid so great. Which is why this film is truly a special piece of culture.

I highly recommend Redlettermedia's first film gorilla interuppted. I know it technically doesn't count as a RU-vidr movie since it was made in like 2002 but fuck it do it anyway, I think it's actually pretty charming and fun

I love Fred man, this movie actually meant something to me and it actually made me feel seen as an annoying loser when he was a kid

I definitely have a soft spot for Fred now more than when i was a kid. I remember the fred movies and fred the show (especially camp fred) were constantly on nickelodeon when i was young.

There IS a fourth Channel Awesome/ThatGuywiththeGlasses anniversary crossover movie but people (aside from RalphtheMovieMaker) don't talk about it as much. It's called "The Uncanny Valley" and is an anthology of short films made by various contributors. One of them is a very serious PSA about cyberbullying but the others are mostly comical. It's not in the same continuity as the other three. The two Cinema Snob movies are also in a separate continuity and involve actors from the Channel Awesome crowd but not as their own characters. They're just about the Snob. The Atop the Fourth Wall movie, however, is in canon with the anniversary trilogy. As a side note, there was going to be a fifth anniversary crossover movie done for the tenth anniversary of the website but then ChangetheChannel happened. All we know about it are some plot details revealed online by Tony Goldmark. It would have been called "The Devil's Jesters" and would have been horror-themed (as the previous films were war-themed, fantasy-themed, and scifi-themed respectively).

Unfortunately I watched Fred The Movie back in the day when I was a younger mighty young buck and the one thing I noticed even when I was younger that the main character name ends with Ed, he's a social outcast, he lives in a Cul-de-sac, he enemy is named Kevin, I think Louis is more of an Cartoon Network fan

Everytime I've seen this movie I watch it with the headcannon that Fred is mentally unhinged/insane and it becomes very enjoyable
