The best press n play home bodybuilding workout till date. I am a big fan of Sagi & this workout. If you want to loose weight/ fat and get muscular then this is the real deal but yes you have to be consistent with the schedule and follow clean eating and results will show.
I'm doing this workout next year with lean beast. After I'm done with Shaun t's and Tony Horton's Workout this year. I stiill need to get more heavier dumbbells and a gym bench soon. After three months of lean beast, I'm doing huge beast next. That's six months of body beast I got plan out for next year.
The program that got me into Bodybuilding. I love the Dynamic Set Training as Single, Super, Pyramid (progressive), Cluster (force), and Giant Sets are the best technique I still use to this day in my own workouts
Bodybeast has great workout but I wish Sagi would be more encouraging with his workout partners. He is constantly making fun of them for no reason or making them clean up his own weights. It’s one of the reasons I just stick with P90X
BB workouts are hard and intense, all Sagi is doing is lightening the mood between reps and bringing humour to a hard situation as ex military I fully appreciate what he is doing as for cleaning the weights, they are a trip hazard and as people are getting tired and losing concentration and as for encouragement, there’s only 1 person who’s going to get you there. At 62 I love this workout
