Another amazing video!! :D Maybe a slight error tho in the row counts, if you are adding 34 rows for each new set of tubes, wouldn't it be 51, 85, 119 then 153 instead of 154?
Can I ask how much the finished poncho weighs in grams so I know how much yarn I need. I am in the UK so we buy our yarn mainly on 100g balls. Thank you
I know this is older but can you tell us how you figure out the numbers? I would love to make a pattern for a child size to turn into a car seat poncho.. In case you don't know what that is it's so that the child can wear that instead of a coat in their car seat so the car seat is actually around the child instead of the bulk of the coat.
Its math. But it’s simple. Have you watched the video? You start small and make it as big as you like. When you watch the video the numbers are there. Its very simple. Increasing is always exactly the same.
@@MaakhetmetMiranda Yes, I am just thinking the initial square would be too large for a young child. I think I just have to get one of my Grandkids here and start cranking rows :) Thank you so much for your videos they have been really helpful, I just got my circular knitting machine a few weeks ago :) I am in the process of making your fidget doll for my autistic granddaughter for her 11th Birthday I think she is going to love it :) I have everything knitted but I stopped assembling because I haven't mastered the panel just yet & I need the arms/legs :)
