Classics that are in VR- Loved Sonic when it was on Sega machine- Still have the orginal cartridge- yes I am that old

on the sonic VR I think you can jump IRL to jump

Get advance settings for VR, and it will allow you to have a center square with an arrow facing forward under the Chaperone settings. It's really handy to keep you tied in place.

Swinging of your arms does nothing in the sonic game. It's just the bobbing of the head that's being tracked. So swinging your arms fast won't make you go any faster.

Ninty needs to get their act together and make Switch 2.0 with inside-out tracking, a headset attachment for the handheld screen, and fully tracked hand controllers
