This video walks you through how to create the Clear Vinyl version of the "Fastest DIY Zipper Pouch" This pattern required only 2 cuts of fabric! Watch the video and make one...or two!
Supplies / Cut List (for the size provide in the video):
24"W x 8"T - Top Panel - Clear Vinyl
24"W x 2.5"T - Lower Panel - Waterproof Canvas
26" (or 28") - #5 Zipper Tape - Splitter to use only one part
(1) - #5 Zipper Pull
1.25" x 1.25" - Zipper End - Vinyl/Cork
(2) (or 4) Set of 4mm Rivets
(1) Bag Tag - Optional
Finished size: 11"W x 8.25" x 3"D

There is no pattern to download, all info is provided in the description of the video. If you don’t have the grommets for the zipper tab,can you just sew a stitch over the tan.

Yes you can sew it on, or use a metal zipper end.

Hello, I use 12/100 size needle, it’s an universal needs for domestic sewing machine. I sew on Juki HZL-70HW and use mostly Gutermann Mara 70 Poly Wrapped Poly Core Thread.

I think I got it. Both sides of the tape go to the top of the bag........Would it be possible to see close up photos of the zipper? I am not entirely clear on that and the fabric video doesn't help. Photo of inside and outside of zipper after too stitched down.

The zipper tape is positioned up and then topstitched on the zipper tape fabric to keep it in the up position. I don’t think I can attach pictures to the respond on RU-vid. Please tag me in a post on FaceBook or message me on Instagram.
