Stop worrying now with this guided meditation for sleep. There are two forms of stress that can affect us: eustress and distress. Eustress is the kind of stress that allows us to overcome and makes choices that propel us forward and allow preparedness. But worry tends to affect us in a negative way, causing distress, and even causing us to perpetuate negative thoughts and imagine negative events that do not exist beyond our minds. So find a safe place to fall asleep without interruption where you may dream away (and dream A way).

oh, I wanted to let you know, I never liked female voices in hypnosis.. but the way you do it is quite calming and not irritating :p you sound very natural! I'm only listening to you now.

Michelle's Sanctuary no, the thing is there are females, but -as I mentioned- I don't like the way the talk!! it's very annoying!! I want to listen to someone who can get me calm and think less, like you!

I hear you! I actually sought out female voices only for awhile and still found more male. My issue with some of the channels led by nice male voices I found is that they would have long musical breaks when I would doze and then come back with a deep voice and I would nearly jump out of my skin!+HatePink6

Oh the heat is on! Now I have that song stuck in my head. I will definitely work on a meditation following your suggestion. It fits well into the themes I am working on during the hectic holiday season.

I really like your calming voice and what you said made me thinking and put stuff into perspective. But the more I listened to it and the more you said worry, anxiety, fear it actually made me more anxious :/

I'm still learning. But I've studied meditation techniques, followed those who I found to be helpful, and practice with teachers for yoga and meditation weekly. And I read a lot-- Eckhart Tolle and Wayne Dyer have been pretty big influences.
