Hi Janet, Thks for your interest in my recipes. Here you are, specially newly written for you. Hope you like it. Happy cooking dearie 🙏🏻💝 Ingredients: 3 portions Beehoon (soaked in warm water for 5 mins) 1 whole squid~cut into rings 12 medium size prawns (deshelled & deveined) 1 bunch Choy Sum/Chinese Vegetables (Mustard Greens) 140g Boston butt (pork)~sliced 7 cloves garlic~chopped finely 1 & 1/2 cup homemade chicken stock Boston butt (pork) marinade: 1/2 tsp Sesame oil Dash of white pepper powder 3/4 tsp Light soy sauce 3/4 tsp Corn flour Seasoning: 3 tbsp light soy sauce Dash of white pepper powder 4 tbsp Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine) 2 tsp dark soy sauce 2 & 1/2 tsp dried sole fish (flounder fish powder) Method of cooking: 1)Heat up oil. Stir-fry seafood & boston butt (pork) separately until 80% cooked. Set aside. 2)Sauté garlic with cooking oil & lard. 3)Add in beehoon to stir fry together. 4)Add in pork & green mustard. Season with light soy sauce, white pepper powder & Chinese cooking wine. 5)Add in homemade chicken stock, followed with dark soy sauce & dried sole fish powder. 6)Add in all the precooked seafood. Increase the intensity of colour by adding in more dark soy sauce if necessary. 7)Continue to stir fry until all ingredients are cooked. Serve immediately.

I know you wouldn’t be able to resist the temptation of such fragrant, aromatic & full of ‘Wok Hei’ Fried Hokkien Mee...well I’m using Beehoon instead, for a difference. You can always replace with Mee. & if you are using Mee, do put in more gravy & do it darker.
