Ingredients for batter (脆浆材料):
100g plain flour (普通面粉)
50g rice flour (粘米粉)
30g corn flour (粟粉)
2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
200ml water (水)
1 tbsp oil (食油)
Nian gao cut into thin slices, about 1 cm thick (年糕切成1厘米厚片)
Sweet potatoes cut into thin slices, about 3-4 mm thick(番薯切成3-4毫米厚片)

Made this today! Didn't have baking powder so I skipped it, also replaced all the flour with bread flour. Everything still turned out amazing and the batter was extremely crispy! Thank you for this super easy to make recipe!

Thanks for sharing, over 60 years we used to fry Nian Gao with flour , egg and salt. 25 years ago my helper fried it with flour and salt, nice , better than ours as it was crispy. Yours is much better, crunchy and much better than ours.

-100g plain flour -50g rice flour -30g corn flour -2 tsp baking powder -200 ml water 1 TBS oil - whisk and mix well - rest for 10-15 min

السلام عليكم لكم الوصفة بالعربية 1) 100غ فرينة 50غ طحين ارز 30غ نشاء و ملعقة زيت و2 ملعقة خميرة كيميائية و200مل من الماء 2) قطعي البطاطا الحلوة الى قطع متساوية و ايضا نفس الشيء مع كعكة الارز البنية اللون ضع الكل فوق بعضه ثم امزجه مع الخليط .....قلي في الزيت . صحة وعافية وشكرا لكم.
