Chino Scars there are certain jobs where they need people to work. Like my mom is a MTI (Military Training Instructor) so she and other people with demanding jobs must still go to work during this whole quarantine stuff...

Amazing take on fried rice! It's not easy to get wok hey at home, the sizzling all through the video in your cast iron wok was so satisfying. I'd say this recipe was done better than last year's! :) Wonder how this tastes with fish sauce instead of soy sauce. Keep up the great work Quang.

You know what's good, melting cheese in rice, every bite has the perfect cheese pull. It's so good. I will make that whenever I have leftovers rice in the house. That's probably the only way I'll eat rice.

Made egg fried rice the other day as a tester to see if i could do it better came out way better than my first try that i did once witch was not that good this time i used my local shops own microwaveable long grain rice packets i am no good with rice from scratch lol. They were actually perfect for it i am planning on doing it for rest of family next week when i get the money now gona get something to eat this made me hungry lol.

Ugh I made fried rice tonight and I've always made PERFECT fried rice but something got into me and I added WAY too much oyster sauce. Dang. Never knew how SALTY that stuff was. Completely ruined it. Got rid of my bowl and somehow my mom was able to eat the rest thankfully. Would hate to waste anything during these times.

i usually add like half or 1 third of a cup oyster sauce to a usual serving, and then liker 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, of cource this is an estimate cause "i dont measure i just use feeling" uncle roger
