AHAH the reaction she gave for the fried rice, now you know she was just being nie for all the foreign dishes she wasnt acustomed too xD this dish is defs adjusted to her palette ;)

This legit is the only dish out of all you’ve made that she really enjoyed.

HINT: When using starchy rice, like Japanese rice, you must use day old rice. Leaving it for at least a day in the refrigerator dries it out and makes it perfect for making fried rice! 💕💕💕

Used a 3/2 ratio golden mountain seasoning and panda brand oyster sauce. Put teaspoon of "Pantai" chili paste with soya bean oil, and some curry powder on it, then when you served it add some Sriracha sauce on top and see how you like that.

thai rice, two cups and then measure water till it reaches second line on your index finger, when it done. The rice is soft but not fully cooked. Its perfect for my fried rice. , kimchi, green onion, thick slice pork belly. sauce to make into fried rice is Gochujang, soysauce, and little bit oyster sauce panda brand.

Yum. Another trick to up your fried rice game... Need add ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and maybe Hoisin sauce and/or oyster sauce. I have similar wok and it is a great wok, for the price. Great bang for the buck.
