Okay, only a certain % of gay men can be told apart from straight men because of a 'quality'. Other gay men don't have the 'quality', and obviously straight men don't. Chandler has honestly never come off as 'gay' because of the 'quality'. I dunno why they tried to make it look like he did, I never really bought it.

@@vijays296 Actually there's something about the facial muscles and mannerisms in some gay men that sets them apart, I think I read about a scientific study of it or something. It was a while back so I don't remember the specifics. But it's only a certain % of people who can spot these things as they're better than others at reading body language. I believe the study also found that a large amount of gay men don't have those mannerisms or facial muscle tension that can be told apart even by people good at detecting subtle body language details.

@@shrutimahant I think you’d need to provide more than a few academic sources to confirm that. As far as we know, there is zero correlation between sexuality and appearance. Bone structure, skin color, muscle mass, deepness of voice, nothing seems to be influenced by sexuality

I believe that sexuality "realization" works the same way as it does with straight people. That is to say, if you are gay you may look with "some interest" at other men without realizing yourself, just as if you are straight you look with "some interest" at a woman's breasts. It is a subtle and quick look, but sometimes that is enough to know what the sexual intentions are. It is not a "quality", rather a "subliminal intention"

Reminds me how I won £10 in college. One of our class mates all the girls had a crush on him. I picked up the first time we spoke he was gay. Told the girls that they wasn't his type. They said I was wrong so placed q bet with one of the girls. All sitting round the canteen eating and we said can't just flat out ask him. So his phone rang and at the end I asked him was that his mrs on the phone. He went no it's my fella I'm gay. All the girls had shocked faces while I looked absolutely smug for knowing lol.

No- Lowell was played by Stuart Fratkin (in the credits at 0:27) and Roger was played by Fisher Stevens. For any Lost fans, Stevens also played Minkowski from the boat!
