The bag of blood next to the taillight/car, easy way to plant evidence. I have my reasonnable doubt here. Barely any snow at 12.15. How the body ended up above the snow? Another reasonnable doubt. No pool of blood near the head injury, another doubt. The search at 2.27am, another doubt. All the cameras missing, not only O'Keefe's (that she could have deleted), but library, neighbor, Alberts, sallyport? Another doubt. And much more, the list is soooo long! I want to see KR's phone data at 12.31. At the moment, every aspect of the case makes me think this is a cover up. I actually find the pre trial extremely important, without the constant objections. If I could change the system, i would allow jurors to be present at the pre trial, with nothing hidden in the case from them.

Im certain the injuries on John’s arm are k9 bite(s). A vehicle didnt make puncture wounds and drag lines exactly where a trained police dog would be taught to bite and pull the limb. A defense expert will testify to John’s arm injuries being consistent with dog bites.

An investigation that involved the defendant admitting multiple times and many first responders testifying to it. During pretrial, the ada read in open court that the fed report aligns with their investigation. The report has strict parameters. No fight, no dog, no 3rd party. A judge having to babysit a trial to ensure her statement of factual evidence and no third party in opening. Which was ignored.

My thoughts exactly definitely botched from leaf blower to red solo cups being unsealed and next to the back of her vehicle while removing her tail light and next to a rag. To not searching the house or taking witness statement is and not seperating them plus witnesses being able to speak to investigators wives about an open investigation. As well as the conflict of interest

I think at the home party they got into an argument and fight and they wanted to give him a lesson. Motive? I do not think they liked John and Karen. Seems they have more class than all of them bullies together. Plus the altercation with the lawn and the kids.

I think pinning it on Karen started after police and John were gone and they all gathered back to the house and since Karen was confused and questioning at times if she was responsible and hit him (I mean, do you blame her because Im sure she was already told John didnt go to the party...) Prosecutors from the Norfolk District Attorney's office say Karen Read hit Boston police officer John O'Keefe with her SUV after a night of drinking and left him to die in the snow. Read and O'Keefe were dating at the time of his death. The After Party house, that Karen dropped John off at, belonged to the neighbour's brother. There were other cops/troopers there as well as the neighbours son. Neither Karen nor the neighbours were at the party. Police claim Karen hit John backwards, drove over his body & went home. They say her tail light was broken. Luckily on home security her tail-lights are fully intact. The Police secured her car & magically found a broken tail-light & a piece if John's hair. The whole investigation & securing evidence was a joke. Also the witnesses at the party changed their stories as time went on. The neighbours are not telling the truth, changing timeliness when their son got home & omitted they knew about John's death at 4am.
