📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 eggs
250g (1¼ cups) sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
250 g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
4 tbsp cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For painting:
Blackcurrant jam
For the coconut cream:
200g (7oz) butter
150 ml (⅔ cup) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
250 g (2½ cups) desiccated coconut
For covering:
150 g (2 cups + 2 tbsp) skimmed milk powder
100 g (3½ oz) butter
100 g (3½ oz) coconut oil
200 g (1⅔ cups) powdered sugar
For the chocolate icing:
200 g (7 oz) chocolate
60 g (2 oz) butter
Bake: 180 °C / 356 °F for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 30 cm x 40 cm (11.81 inches x 15.75 inches)
