Kshitij graduated from IIT-BHU, and then started working with Flipkart - one of India's most beloved e-commerce startup! Moving through different roles, he outperformed his peers and got into a category manager role, despite not having an MBA.
So far so good - but this is when he started feeling that his growth had stalled. Coming from an engineering background, he was unfamiliar with various business concepts and frameworks which could have helped him maintain an accelerated career. That's when he started thinking about an MBA.
When Kshitij reached out to us, he had already worked with a large, well-known MBA admissions firm to submit his applications. However, despite multiple applications, he did not achieve results as he had expected.
