I love long exposure and fine art photography. Over the last 2 weeks, I've photographed Pin mill and Osea beach huts to create so fine art photography. This is how I process my images in Lightroom and Photoshop

Nice one Steve. It's great to see how people use different techniques to achieve the same goal and also a great insight for those wishing to do a bit of fine art without prior knowledge on how to or where to start. Cracking final image mate. Thanks for sharing.

Very nice tutorial sir. You are blessed to have such beautiful locations in your relative area, love your photos. Thank you for sharing your post processing skills with us. I've found that other photographers with very similar styles as yours tend to only show their finished photos and don't get into the "nuts and bolts" details of how they actually post process their images to get to the final view, unless of course you pay for their courses. Well done on your part sir and thank you for sharing. Also nice to see other Sony shooters.

Fantastic video Steve really liked to see how you edited these pin mill images. Really liked the fog technique, it worked really well finishing the blending of the sky and water, think I'll call it the 'Stain effect' 😉 The final image was superb mate 👌

excellent vidio steve, did not realise there was so much work ,patience, and technique, involved to get the final results,I have only recently started using photoshop, and just about getting my head around producing stacking images to get a overhaul from front to back sharp image, I think it is going to be some time for me to be able to achieve what you are doing mate, but brilliant to watch your processing,i will hopefully get there one day.

Good tutorial Steve. Some great tips in there. Just wondering... would you consider using the selection tools (object, quick or polyganol) to constrain where your brush is going? I;ve found that useful (although I've rarely done the editing to the extent you did here. Also an interesting tip on the dehaze tool to see spots. I tend to just turn on visualise spots on the healing brush but always good to have some different ideas. Thanks for sharing and the final image was superb

Thanks for posting this excellent video! I was desperate to find a video explaining how to do this! I’ve got some shots of pin mill but I’m not very good with photoshop and wanted to edit them as fine art but couldn’t figure out how to use photoshop to remove the far bank on the horizon, I’ll be trying to copy what you’ve succinctly explained step by step (probably even the bits you deleted 😂). I was pointed towards your channel by Paul W Baker after commenting on his vlog of a photoshoot at pin mill! Thanks once again I’ll let you know how I get on

oh no another Gary Gough thinking this is photography. It isnt. Fine art doesnt mean you can manipulate something to death so it no longer has any resemblance to the original. Its not photographically. Manipulation Art.
