Soap and shampoo made my skin and scalp a living hell for the majority of my life. Through intuition, I stopped using it and all of my skin problems have subsided.
I have long hair sort of like you (except brown) and I wash it with the most natural shampoo I can find (usually stinging nettle or chamomile based from a brand I trust) about once every two months, and the rest of the time I just wash it with water. I've been doing this for over 2 decades and the number of compliments I got about how good my hair looks is hard to quantify. I always think to myself, if only you knew how little I actually do compared to most people. Less really is more. Shampoo causes more problems than people realize, from dry scalp to unnaturally brittle and discolored hair, and more.
Every time i used shampoo i got extremly red skin on the front of my hairline and at the very back at my neck so thats the reason i quit. And lets be real way back in ancient times there was no shampoo yet everyone had long and healthy hair lol.
Your hair looks amazing, you really have a good point on the soap and everything! But I do have a question what kind of stuff are you still using? And what is your opinion on sunscreen? hope more people see this video have a great day!!
Thanks! Only thing I use to clean my body is water. And I actually made a video on my thoughts on sunscreen, check it out> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5nmHNeCC5tg.html
Man, the estrogenic components in shampoo are way worse than we think, literally, the months that more shampoo I've used were the months that my voice went more feminine and I hated it lmao, months ago I was searching for estrogenic components in shampoo, even the "natural based" shampoos have a lot of bad thing in it. I was non using shampoo during the last year and I still received compliments for my hair, NO ONE said it smelled bad or something similar, I think I will go back to not use shampoo next week and probably forever.
