A few things. Firstly, if you end up doing this conversion for yourself, please please please show me! I would love to see it :) Secondly, what do you guys think of my video structure so far? I am a long way off the production quality I would like for the Channel, but I think I am making good progress. Regardless, feedback would be greatly appreciated!
video structure is great! I think it would benefit from timestamps, it would make it easier to use the video as a reference while working on my own projects
you used to be able to get him relatively cheap because he was in the 9th edition starter sets. Ig an equivalent to the current terminator captain from leviathan
When you need to drill a hole make a pilot hole using the tip of your knife and spin it around until you get a small hole so your drill bit has somewhere to sit so it wont spin out I noticed it did that on the sword. Love your work
It's actually kinda impressive how clean you're "sanding" your bits here with only a dull hobby blade. I sure can't clean my models up like that, I've a few dozen different grains of sandpaper for that. So GG for being very good at "sanding" with a knife.
a dark vengeance librarian or chaos champion cloak (you only want the back half and fronof the chaos cloak, and front of the libby with details scraped off)/vangaurd vet shield/assault marine power sword and company command squad champion and techmarine (space marine rhino?) makes for a true/firstborn version of this. can make one (actually 4 in various poses) but no glue.
nice work :D What's up with the gloves btw? Don't they have it alot harder to work with such small pieces? and re: better way of doing the superglue greenstuff, it's fine to do it that way, gives you lots of flexibility not otherwise possible, but you might want to give pinning through the green stuff a try, makes the join far stronger and rigid :)
I think another blade you could source is the new terminator captain from the leviathan boxes, the get started boxes, or where ever you can find him honestly. But this is sick
So damn cool! I've always wanted to buy the Marshall but I don't play Black Templars, so I wasn't sure what to run him as. Even Castellan, that model is so cool and I would love to have him but again, not a BT player lol
@@ConversionBeam Also man, I hope to see a Primaris Devastator conversion in the future 🙏 I haven't seen a good one and only using the Devastator bits on true scale marines which gives them t-rex arms
This is awesome work, also you showed what was important and cut out the faffwhich is good. I also think the painting and end result help round out the video.
That’s a work of art mate…. Really lovely work. As to your vid quality…. I dont think there’s anything wrong with what your doing. I like the format. It shows important bits, straight to the point, full of good info and explanation…. All good! :)
@@jksrageplay7851 the dark angels have a fun hobby of making rosaries made of black pearls, each pearl being a fallen kill. But yea, any kinda kill tally would be cool lookin
This does look great, my only gripe would be that you didnt replace the necklace piece with anything. Even a standard aquila would have made it look less out of place.
