Genesis 14, an explanation from a Biblical perspective. In this video, Tom Bradford, our Bible Teacher, will be explaining the journey of the Dead Sea Scrolls towards our modern Bible translations. Mostly, however, his in-depth analysis will be covering many denominational aspects, which have intentionally cloaked the true intentions of the original writers of Scripture.

The new testament authors are usually quoting the Greek Septuagint translation of the Hebrew OT. That is often why they are slightly different.

I have bible app with strongs. It helps to to check words in the original language if you don't know hebrew or greek.

Listening to your teachings has turned my faith upsidedown so positively. Not being taught the history of Jewish culture, and knowing all the translation issues have me so many unanswered questions and foggy knowledge. The Hebrew spelling and pronounciation of names really makes the passage difficult to comprehend. Fortunately I really know the passages in English and can follow but with difficulty.

Many Bible readers hang their hats on the scripture that says "All scripture is inspired of God and beneficial" 2 Timothy 3:16 and don't question whatever transalation they use.

Well, is translation a problem? No, don’t you think God is fully aware of what we consider a problem? Don’t you think that God didn’t design the Bible himself after all, no matter how many languages it’s translated to? The Bible has a mystical undercurrent of something eternal, unchanged. This is the thing. 🙏🇩🇰

Trinitarians have corrupted scripture most of anyone. With their little tricks like at John 1:1 capitalizing the W in word to make it look as if John is saying a separate person was in heaven with God trying to make it appear that Jesus “was with God” and somehow “was God”. Many other well known Trinitarian corruptions like 1st John 5:7. Matt 28:18-19 is highly debatable as authentic.

Friend, we cannot throw out verses that don't fit our beliefs. Rather we must question our belief rather than God's word. Indeed, the "trinity" is man's attempt to understand things concerning God, and that teaching is misleading. What is missed in the great bulk of preaching/teaching is the Truth of what happened at Jesus' Resurrection, when He was "raised by the glory of the Father' and "sat down at the right hand of God." This "Son of Man" became something at His Resurrection that He was not prior. And the physical Man Jesus did not exist before the baby in Bethlehem. This is hard for most in denominational religion to accept, as I've experienced when teaching on this over the past few years. As well, the passage you reference from Matthew 28 is greatly misunderstood and misapplied in the churches. Nevertheless, it IS True, and fits in perfectly with God's great plan and purpose for Christ (Head and Body) and all Creation, when the Lord begins to "open our minds to comprehend the Scripture." Won't post any links here, but I have a bit of teaching on these things on my channel. It truly is exciting to delve into the things of the Kingdom of God and have Fellowship with fervent saints! Amen!

I'm thrown. Melkisadeck said " blessed be the God most high" twice. But he is not greater than YhWh. I must be wrong. Please explain why?

Quit reading the Dead Sea scrolls commentary. There is not one place written in the Scrolls that the priest hood called them selves essences , they called themselves the Zadok Priesthood. The essences were a cult. The Qumran community are the sons of Aaron, that’s why John the Baptist and are King often hung out there. Study Brother.

Moses was first to recorded/utilized Pi in 1440 BC. This archeological rediscovery was made in 2015 AD. 330 Exodus 26 :7 15 Exodus 26:9, 12 - 1 Exodus 26:13 makes Pi = 314 Exodus 26:7-9, 12-13 The Tabernacle had 11 curtains, each 30 cubits long. Therefore, all the curtains together were 11 x 30 = 330 cubits long. One of these 11 curtains was to be folded in half. Therefore, the adjusted length is 330 - 15 = 315 cubits. The same folded curtain is to have half a cubit of material hanging off at both ends of the Tabernacle. Since there are two ends, that adds up to 2 x 0.5 = 1 cubit. Therefore, the final adjusted length is 315 - 1 = 314 cubits. 3.14 = 314 circumference/100 diameter ≈ π ratio (100 cubit court per Exodus 27:9-18) Exodus 26:13 makes Pi
