hello, thank you for you comment! well there is no secret I guess, I really enjoy what I do and always looking for ways to learn more, changing jobs so I can learn more, doing courses online - like small niche things I wanna improve, so I opening my mind not to stick to what I know. Just work hard and be nice to people ☺️ and age is not that important, if you demonstrate initiative, work hard, follow how to do things - you will be fine :) all the best!💫

Even my husband keep telling me that im not young to be a pastry chef 😔 so i don’t know what do . but since i was 16 until now i really like to do pastry and become a chef. Do you think am i late to become a pastry chef at this age . but i cant stop my self 😊i keep going to school to learn more about the pastry.☺️

@@nazanbayrak7197 i don’t understand why we would even consider that age is the limit! Of course the earlier the better but i wish we all knew what we are supposed to do since we are children. I had completely different impression what I wanted to do in life, but thankfully curiosity won and I am here doing pastries and stuff! It’s a different way to express yourself! I would say just go for it, you will regret otherwise ☺️ what can be worse than thinking ’what if i made this decision…’ 🤍🤍🤍

Hello Natalie, thanks for your comment! I did go to the culinary school where I did pastry course. :) there are so many things you learn yourself and if you are lucky to get a job without experience the practice is the best school! I started to work voluntary and then decided to learn officially, no regrets. I don't want to influence your decision but if I was ok with my finances I would do it. :)) All the best and happy baking!☺️

Hey Sabbir! That’s interesting question but sorry to say there is no timeframe for that, depends a lot on you! You can be a good chef in couple of years or in 10, are you the ‘pastry’ graduate?:)

Hello dear! :) thank you for your comment! When it comes to schools I always advise to choose according to your budget and availability. What i mean is that if you manage to find a part time job and study that would be great. I did that and I think it was good to use knowledge in practice. But we are all different, best to choose what works for each person:) so for that reason I do not want to talk about specific schools. Most famous in London are Cordon Bleau, Westminister Kingsway college, Leith culinary school in my opinion:)

Hello! Huge thank you! Appreciate your support so much!🙏🏻 Well the whole brexit definitely change many chefs life, i know personally who used this situation and came back to their home countries. To it was not the case, actually when i was about to leave the demand for chefs was so high, i could have gotten a really nice job. (I believe so at least). I made my decision to leave in 2019, but because of the pandemic it slowed everything down. I will ALWAYS remember London with so much love and warm emotions, yes, I feel sensitive thinking about the whole experience there but I brought my passion and enthusiasm with me to Madrid so I hope to create happiness wherever I am based ☺️ sorry for such a long response just feel happy to talk about it.
