Crustless Quiche Recipe-
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 9" Pie plate
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
5 eggs beaten
1/2 cup cooked veggies (spinach, broccoli...)
1 1/2 to 2 cups Grated cheese (cheddar, colby, swiss...)
1/2 to 1 cup cooked meat (bacon, sausage, ham...)
1/4 milk
Seasonings to taste (garlic, pepper, chili powder...)
Saute onion in the one tablespoon olive oil until soft. Add the veggies and the cooked meat to heat through. Let the veggies, meat, and onion saute cool slightly. When saute mixture is cool add to the eggs with the cheese and milk. Add seasonings and mix well. Pour into pie plate and cook for 25-30 minutes. Insert toothpick near center and quiche is done when toothpick comes out clean.
Let quiche rest for a bit and serve! Enjoy! Promptly refrigerate uneaten portions!
