Sone ppl have problems with spinach and kale due to very high oxalates can you address that please . Many get bad inflammation from it .

Moderation is key: While spinach and kale are nutritious, consuming them in excessive amounts can increase oxalate intake. Consider rotating your leafy greens and incorporating a variety of vegetables into your diet to reduce reliance on high-oxalate sources. Consider cooking methods: Cooking can reduce oxalate levels in certain foods. Lightly steaming spinach and kale or incorporating them into soups and stews can help lower oxalate content compared to consuming them raw. Pair with calcium-rich foods: Consuming foods high in calcium along with oxalate-containing foods can help bind oxalates in the intestines and reduce absorption. Consider pairing spinach or kale with dairy products, calcium-fortified foods, or calcium supplements. Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water can help dilute oxalates in the urine and reduce the risk of kidney stone formation. Aim to stay well-hydrated throughout the day, especially if you consume oxalate-rich foods. Listen to your body: If you experience adverse reactions like inflammation or discomfort after consuming spinach, kale, or other high-oxalate foods, consider limiting or avoiding them altogether. Pay attention to how your body responds and adjust your diet accordingly.

i use it every day in my coffee havent been able to kick the habit yet on the Coffee but I do have decaf I also use the amla green in all my dressings, only got it a week ago so not sure if it is helping anything.

@@MasteringDiabetes I fast from about 7pm to 10am. I have been doing MD wfpb for 3 months with fasting and my a1c is down, as are my bg and weight. Seems like the meals are fruit heavy in the am not pm. Am I right?
