@@AnkitSingh-bs3tx its people who cant have dairy, like me. It's not the same as being allergic, it just means you will have severe stomach pain and probably need to go toilet alot which isn't fun at all.

Come to Philly and go to Tranzilli in Germantown (note, it's a normal neighborhood, not a tourist area). Water ice is more like ice cream than a shaved ice or slurpee. But there's no dairy. Like the video says, it's softer than Italian ice.

At this point shops are paying money to food insider to get “interviewed” for the sponsorship. Every week food insider is coming up with a title called “LA favorite” or “Chicago favorite” or “New York favorite”. And let me tell you this, it’s huge marketing. These people their “interviewing” pay insider money to “interview” them. After it’s on social media, their earning will explode. Edit: many of you are saying what’s wrong, what’s wrong? They falsely promote foods not judging them accurately. The food might be good, but not “LA favorites”. There a dozen more places better than this ice cream place. Their feeding normal people fake information.

This is like the East Coast favorite, Rita's.... A few tried to open here; northern California, a couple years and didn't do so well. However I loved them, and they also had a custard option too... and you could get them mixed which was phenomenal.
