I have a very similar option I use with two titanium pans. ( this is definitely a more affordable option) I always love to see the thought process and growth of another cooking option. This is great! Take care man!

Way to go...always thinking outside the box...someone used to ake a deep wok-styled stainless stee pan with a high lid...had one but somehow lost it over the years...it was great as a"one pan" solutuoon...
