Lord, my husband asked for chicken livers and I’ve never made it before. So I battered them up like I do regular chicken. I was not expecting that popping grease!!! 😮😂 scared me to death. 💀

@@Believe30 they have a similar flavor but I think it's a milder flavor. The texture of chicken livers is more soft and velvety. It's worth the mess it makes!
