I made these for the first time last night and took them to a church fellowship and they were ALL GONE within 30 minutes of being there! Mind you, there was a lot of store-bought baked goodies. My husband also really loved them. He said "he went to heaven for a minute" while eating a piece :D Truly, a great brownie recipe!! Thanks again Gemma!!

I always had problems getting the perfect brownie. I am a young baker who adores baking where it has come to an obssesion, so of course i research and watch cooking and baking videos a lot. I always watch videos promising the best brownies but they never fulfill their promise. So, i usually watch your videos and after 2 years of posting this video, i found it yesterday, of course i had to try it and the results were shocking. They were the Best, Rich, Best, Fudgy, Best, Indulgent, Yummy Brownies ive ever made of course they were gone in less than a day, so right now they are in the oven baking AGAIN. THANK YOU SO MUCH GEMMA, KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK GIRL!!!

HI Gemma, I made this today for my Sisters Birthday and gosh it came out perfect, I doubled the amount, however I ommitted 2 cups of sugar and yet it yielded amazing results! One of the very best brownie recipes I've ever madeeeee! Thanks so much, bless you for being really kind and sharing wonderful and easy to do recipes! I simply loved the outcome❤❤

I’d say Brownies are my second favorite dessert, sweet treat (Tiramisu is First!) and once again, these were so easy to make and absolutely delicious!! Oh Gemma, your recipes are the best of the best!! My husband loves a very fudgy brownie and all the recipes before this were a failure, I did this yesterday, just with a little less sugar, but they were amazing! Me & my daughter made this today. Helped her with the ingredients & measure and she got to whisk & mix it together & bake it. The most difficult phase was the 2 hour wait to let them set & cool down. Getting devoured very quickly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Don't think they will last the night. Thank you for your recipes explained step wise so nicely. Next step will be making a cake.

I just made these today and they did not disappoint they were so good and rich and not overly sweet with all of the dark chocolate it really balanced out the sugar. I topped mine with a simple homemade cream cheese icing and I was in heaven. This was my first time making brownies from scratch and I'll never go back these were truly decadent.

Excuse me but I have a question! How did the brownies taste? I don't want them to be all chocolate and fudgy I want them to be a bit cakey as well. So was it a lot of chocolate or was it a bit cakey too?

*I HAVE MADE THESE 4 TIMES NOW, IT IS BECOME MY GO TO RECIPE! AMAZING. I also kept a bag in my freezer of the outside inch I cut off, I thawed them and soaked them in rum, rolled them into balls and dipped them in chocolate... Ive never had so many people so impressed. Next week I am doing the same but using cherry brandy and a marashino cherry in the middle. I hope they are equally the hit. THANKS GEMMA, every single recipe Ive tried so far is a hit.

This is the best ever brownie recipe indeed! I made a big batch this weekend for some of my boyfriend's relatives and friends and all of them agreed that these where the best brownies they ever had. I added chopped walnuts and served it warm with a scoop of vanilla- caramel ice cream. Even room temperature they're great. Thanks for the recipe, greetings from Spain! 💕

Last year, I made these for an event and I wasn't really good at baking but I tried to make these brownies and it went so well! That it was all gone! It tasted amazing as well, I recommend this definitely even as a beginner in baking.

You can eat anything as long as you don't exceed your calories. She probably has one or two pieces, not the entire cake and eats less at dinner. It's not rocket science.

Anytime I want to try any baked treats for the first time, I come to this channel..... I made my first batch of brownies and oh so delicious! They are so fudgy and rich and so so heavy... My 3 year old was so mesmerised by the aroma, he didn't even have the patience to wait for it to cool down completely

Hi Gemma! I just made this and it turned out so good. I had to cut the sugars a bit because i don't have bitter dark chocolate to balance the sweetness. My family did not wait for 2 hours, we ate it right away so it was even more fudgy. Thank you!

I just found your channel a short time ago and this is the first time I've made your brownies (the other recipe I've tried is the shortbread from Millionaire's...though I haven't added the caramel, just shortbread and chocolate). Well...these brownies ARE the Best-Ever according to my son, the brownie connoisseur (I haven't had a chance to eat one yet; he couldn't wait!). Thanks so much for sharing your recipes.
