WOW. I usually go to newer videos but really like the 30 minute range so I decided to try this one. WOW. Lauren, you are amazing. I love how you guide viewers step-by-step. While I had some difficulty keeping up at times, this was by far the most calorie burning and challenging video for me so far. I will keep doing it and hopefully get there. Will also look on RU-vid for more beginner videos from you as you truly are the one of best teachers I have encountered. I started with a different yoga instructor on RU-vid and other students recommended Travis Eliot and from him, I found you. So grateful for the encounters as you are so calming....from one Mom to another, thank you for showing the balance on and off the mat!
It was very very challenging, but did like when Lauren reminded us that taking breaks when you need it is also related to strength. This flow made my arms work extra hard. Thank you! 🥰

I loved the affirmations! The yoga practice was challenging but the flow was too quick for benefit (for me) and had I been following the breathing cues I would have been hyperventilating. Good workout but the pace was off for me
Not my favorite- it really jumps right in without any warm up of even a breath or two. I liked the overall strength (as someone who practices intermediate/advanced daily, it was challenging) but something about that lack of connection really turns me off. It’s a good flow- maybe Lauren is just not my teacher. Cant please Em all 🤷🏼♀️
