Thanks Joe, really appreciate your commitment. I am 66 and have done every workout and extra ones on the weekends. I don’t always do them live as I live in southern Spain and go walking first thing before it gets too hot. I have tried lots of different on line workouts over the years and never found anyone who inspired me to continue but you have and I will stick with this as I finally believe the mantra that exercise makes you feel good. You have the right mix of encouragement, celebrating we are all in this working together and my feeling that it isn’t easy for you either. I used to be a primary school teacher and you have been brilliant at including and exciting the kids with all your special kiddy friendly moves, games, fancy dress and most importantly, mixing it up continually. Thank you so much. It is not an overstatement to say you have changed my life for the better. Sue
i love it when joe is having a hard time doing the reps, but i'm also pretty sure it's just a show he puts on so that we feel better about ourselves hahahah. either way, works on me

Proud to say I smashed this today! After a shaky start to the week, feeling low and not working out or walking on Monday, I feel so much better after pushing myself to workout and walk for the rest of the week. Thanks so much Joe x

nearly opened a bottle of wine but did this instead and feel so much better for it. Difference is I was sweating with the central heating on. Wish I was somewhere hot and sunny doing it. :-)

Flippinn awesome Joe. I’ve been doing your HIIT workouts for about 2 months 5 days a week and love the fact I’ve got so many options I’m never bored. This combined with Pilates twice a week and 10k steps a day and I’ve never felt fitter, despite having Run half and full Marathons for years 🙌🏻

Thanks for the killer work out mate. Done this today in my gym. Got to 16 moves and had to quit, but after watching the end of the video now I see you also struggled. It is refreshing to see that even the elite sometimes have to have a time out, it is testament to us rookies for pushing ourselves through a seriously intense workout. Thanks again man

Omg i smashed it it was intense and a killer i feel great thanks joe for another amazing workout much appreciated and big respect il be doing 5 days of hits and 2 days rest. I can’t do 7 even for a challenge because I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I get injured if I do to much and my body aches all the time so I have to have rest days I wish I could keep up but it’s impossible for me or il be out for a long time
Loved this! I followed a set programme for about 4 months at the beginning of this year and kept doing workouts from it while I was travelling this summer. Just felt like doing something different tonight so I typed in "the body coach workout" and this came up. Loved it and will definitely be trying more workouts from your channel - thank you so much for uploading such a wide variety of workouts! Also, congratulations on your lovely daughter! X
Did this Tuesday, loved it, hurt Wednesday!! No fuss real person training that tells it like it is. Wedgies and knackered like us all. Heard Jo’s interview on radio 2 Tuesday n decided to check him out...love the idea that max 30mins a day is plenty of ya doing it right. No one needs a Gym. Now about to try ya 20 min fat burn HIIT & abs 👍🏻

Not done this one for a while Joe and looks simple but I’d forgotten how tough it, especially with the one armed burpees. Thank you so much. You keep me motivated with so much variety in your vids there’s always one for how much time/energy I’ve got. It’s kept me exercising more consistently and with more motivation than anything I’ve done before

You tube broke this up with 4 adverts today part way through an exercise each time so while I loved the workout I'd rather have to watch a full ad at the start than have it broken up so much.

Love your short, compact HIIT workouts! Could you release a set of really advanced ones? Like super hard and fast, very short to no breaks, where you work out so hard you want to puke? :) I know you say your dying in lots of your videos to make us all feel better, but you are obviously super fit and could do much more. I'd love to have some really hard advanced 20 minute HIIT crushers if you could make some?
I really recommend Bradley Simmonds’ HIIT and tabata workouts if you want extreme and intense. His rests are much shorter and lots of burpee variations 🥵 I’m not sure if he has a RU-vid but you can find them all on his Instagram page
