Grab a kettlebell and get some vitamin D while you do your workout! If you don't happen to have any sunshine outside right now, feel free to do it inside or build your resilience by doing it outside in the cold anyway. :)
Complete 2-4 rounds or set a timer for 30 min:
1) 3 Point Lunge 5 reps per side
2) Clean & Rotational Press 5 reps per side
3) Lateral Goblet Walk 20 steps each direction
4) Bear Pull Through 10 reps per side
5) Dead Stop Snatch 5 reps per side
