These videos are my regular morning routine before breakfast as I do enjoy achieving the movements with relaxation & breath in sync while reclaiming the mind for my body’s wellness and releasing all tensions & concerns. ❤
I got diagnosed with an illness a year ago that makes it hard for me to do things like stand and walk for long periods. I have felt a lot of hatred and resentment for my body since then, but have nevertheless been building my strength with different exercises. I am so grateful to have found these videos and qigong, thank you for sharing. The breathing helps regulate my heart rate, and the meditations and movements help ground me in my body and in the present. It has reminded me to love and be grateful for the body that I have, even if it doesn't work the way it used to. Thank you.

There is something good about these movements. Looking forward to adding it to my morning stretching! BUT....When I step back from the computer to follow along the sound is too weak and I can't hear you.
