I like the forward folds which helps for bending down to pick up something from the floor. I also like that you identify on screen what part is being worked. Very helpful. Thank you! Kathy from Indiana.

Hi from US, I just discovered your channel, u have a great useful variety of exercises. My question is , am 50 , have osteoporosis and menopause body pains with zero exercise experience:) what do u suggest I start with? Which video? Thank you so much and god bless ❤
