Utah. I prefer morning between 9-11am. Thanks for your videos. Easy movements but I can feel it burning when I follow it before my morning walks.

❤ thank you very much! Born in the Usa but I live in Abruzzo in Italy. I usually do exercises in the afternoon but this time I changed doing these in the morning. Already feel much looser.

Dallas, TX. I really like your videos and I plan on exercising with you everyday that I can. I prefer working out late mornings (11:00am till 12:00, and again around 2:00pm....I also get a later workout sometimes.

Thank you. I would say I get my stretching or exercising in when I can. I have two kids so I have to tell myself take some time and exercise. I would say morning would be best but it depends on the day. I am working on being disciplined to do this. Thank you.

Felt good Meg - tuning in from the Pacific NW (Washington State). If you want to try something different, would you consider doing a Coordination/ Memory/ Cognitive Workout for us seniors? Here are a few titles that are already on RU-vid & I know you can devise a fun one for us. The Fit RV did "20 Minute Coordination-Building Workout for Beginners or Seniors". Silver Sneakers did "Quick Drills for Improved Cognition" among several others. And Brain Education TV has a handful of them including "6 Brain Exercises for NEUROPLASTICITY".
