@@WahabMujahidin dadgum it, for saying that. If you dont keep going back to the basics then you're going to be in a world of hurt. Do you think 1 million subscribers want to or know to scroll through all the vids to find another foundational one. Do you know how many new and beginner subscribers this creator has? We all NEED foundational videos to keep popping up periodically, so that we can be reminded. And it also Really Waters it to hear it said a slightly different way For example, i* haven't seen any others. And this vid just changed my world. so, yes... there are other people than you, not to be mean. 🤑 Content Creator, keep on truckin', cuz this comment is cheap. Things don't have to be New -'cause there's nothing New. It just has to be for right Now.

A month ago my Blood pressure was hyper tension level 165/90...3 high readings in a week...doc wanted to start meds. Instead I proposed, I start walking every day, eating oatmeal, salads, and less sugar. Today, I stopped at the clinic and BP was 120/65. Yesterday 112/73...so I won't have to start taking medicine as long as I continue walking! Yaay! I can't wait to add this routine!

I love how your teachings are for all ages . This routine is a 'human body'' routine meaning the difference between a 10 yr old and a 90 yr old would be simply the ease of doing. If stiffer/weaker/poor balance etc this is not just age related, it would be applicable to being overweight, to having not exercised or played for years, to being sensitive to something you are intaking that is irritating your body, to just a 'can't do it's mindset. Thank-you for your caring offer to us. Clearly a million followers means we are getting it. And then for those ready to advance movements you offer those also

It was 2020 in March that I found Strength Side on RU-vid. Because the gym and swim shut down with Covid. I did not realize you had been on youtube for 8 years. But back then I went to yoga classes. Did my routine at the gym. And went length swimming. I was panic stricken with the closures. Was never good with home routines. But Strenth Side brought me outside and inside on my yoga mat and taught me strength without the gym and better than yoga stretches with strength at home. I felt renewed and was excited to do your follow alongs. I climbed a tree, walked over and along a log. Things I had not done since a kid. I started playing on the playground equipment in the park. I stretched muscles I had not stretched although I thought my body was stretched and limber. Heck now I even hang from doors...just hang. Of course you'd get a million followers. You showed us a new way. We just had to get out of the gym long enough to discover strength side. I went back to my gym when gyms opened. Got covid before a month was out doing the gym. Back to my outdoor and indoor Strength Side routine. And one more thing. You mentioned WimHof and I checked him out on youtube...way back in 2020. I started his breathwork cold showers and ice baths playing in the snow dipping in the cold creek all winter. Yep. You changed my life. I would not have been brave enough to dip in ice water outdoors if you had not taught me to workout and play outdoors. Thankyou. Thankyou thankyou.

Swim coach here. Not only do I follow along and learn so much from your videos, I am able to take the knowledge and the information that I’ve gained from Strength Side and apply it to my athletes. Stretching, calisthenics, bodyweight work is called “dryland “in the world of swimming. There’s a positive effect on athletes that spend 30 to 40 minutes doing dryland and then getting in the pool after. So all the good stuff that your channel presents allows me spread the knowledge. Everyone is benefiting. Thank you!

Hi there, I have been following you from Holland for a couple of years now, my twenty year old son is a skater and I had him come over to my house to go thru your moves on my carpet, to teach him. He follows you too. I am a fifty year old woman and I currently follow your routines each morning. Your excellent slow and well scripted guidance together with your lovely deep voice, the passages from the books, and the amazing effect it has on my body! All make your channel most well loved and appreciated. When I tell my students I get up at five thirty each day before school to do stretching AND when they find out my age from their classmates they cannot believe it lol. Your routines are of very high quality. Next to that I do some qui gong, some Wim Hof style stuff and then a small number of push ups. In the summer I hike the Alps crossing about 100km per week, or walk on the rocks in Norway. It's a great life and you are part of it. Thank you very much!

You are so right about the little movements going a long way. I had to learn that the hard way after a Shoulder, and now a quadriceps injury. These sort of exercises are very important to tame imbalances. I see alot of strong people in my life injuring themselves because they're over working those already over worked muscles, while forgetting about these crucial ones involved in the basic movements such as these. Anyways, good luck on your journey and I hope you are still sticking to it!!

I’ve recently made a decision to embark on a career journey that is sedentary for about 8 hours of the day. I get 1 hour for lunch to incorporate movement & stretching. And two 15 minute breaks to squat plank, maybe have some lunch at some point. I’m hyper aware of what lethargy can do to your body. I’ve lost about 70 lbs since the pandemic and at 32 I am the most physically fit I’ve ever been. Since I started lifting 3-4 times a week instead of 5-6, and being intentional with about 10,000 steps and yoga on non lifting days; my body has changed more rapidly. I cut out alcohol and enjoy cooking all of my meals. I am still struggling with sleep and I think it’s because I have not made the choice to get on a specific sleep schedule and put my phone down. But there’s supliments to help like magnesium and calcium stress reducers along with apple cider vinegar and maybe a relaxing tincture. Crazy thing is I still feel like that 260 pound insecure person. I deal with the same fears and feelings of inadequacy and shame. I’ve coped through sexual and substance addiction because of the models of dis function and childhood trauma I grew up around, not had any guidance from parental figures; narcissistic & emotionally unevolved. I thought that my body would help me feel better. And I do feel a lot better in a physical sense. But health is so much deeper than just feeling physically healthy. I’m still developing where my calling is, I feel like with the experience I have with a physical therapy, yoga & resistance training, walking/hiking it’s a skill set that is essential to the human race and despite the emptiness I feel and the heartbreak I’ve put myself through I wake up grateful that I can walk, run, stretch, breath. It’s a blessing. Thank you for this RU-vid channel man. I think some people just like to check this sort of stuff of their daily task list which is amazing and kudos but It’s really something that gives back to you. Something that is absolute and that will not fail you if you feed it. Thanks for all the info and knowledge!

Hello, I am new to your channel, but generally rather "old" (soon 62) and I love this routine and other stuff too! The story of my life is upside down including a complicated leg fracture with two surgeries. All my sport activities have been interrupted and/or slowed down. I have begun today and commit to stay with it every day morning about 20 days before building in more. Thanks for you input. 🙏💪🙂

I have just completed Brian Johnson's Heroic / Optimizing coaching course and was challenged by it to try a Spartan race. Thank you so much for what you do.

Love it man. I was a gym bro who also sits at a desk and draws a lot. Then I hurt my shoulder, so I was trying to be good by just focusing on cardio. So I biked a lot. Too much. Sitting down and biking hard for an hour+, just to sit down and tap at a keyboard or lean forward to draw really created some imbalances that I'm working on fixing. Thanks for the routine, feels great!

This is my first time doing this and I would always follow one video on stretching so doing this for the first time was euphoric. I feel amazing thank you. 2 month edit: still been doing this and my body has never been so flexible. Tho on the 4th exercise I just hang off my bar instead of doing that but it’s amazing how much this has worked for me, thank you

That stretch was great! I can’t believe that was ten minutes. Thanks for that! I started to take fitness a lot more seriously at the start of COVID and your channel is one of a few that I have found practical and helpful. Congrats on the million!

Hi, I just recently found your channel. March 3rd made 9 years since I tripped and fell backwards on the sidewalk at my sister's house. I fractured L-1 & had 5 herniated discs in my low back. I've been thru 2 low back surgeries, lots of physical therapy, various meds, and am in constant pain every day. I've been working from home for 4 years thanks to COVID-19 and been sitting a lot at my desk working on the computer 8-10 hours per day. I do get up to move around every couple of hours but still find my back in constant pain. I got off the pain meds and muscle relaxers and just DEAL with the pain 24/7. I'm going through depression because as much as I don't want to accept this way of life, I don't foresee any relief. I'm going to start slowly with the stretches you recommend and build up to full stretches. You are very inspiring and giving me hope. Thank you! Congratulations on your 1 Million subscribers. 👏👏👏

Thanks for giving me the confidence to do sports again. I got neuropathy in my feet 20 years ago losing most of the feeling in my feet from the balls forward. Your videos have helped me feel reconnected to the ground. Even if I can’t feel the feet I have learned to trust they are there and will suppport me during sports and working out. Thank you
