That's a common challenge, especially if you're on your feet for extended periods. Strengthening your knees can help alleviate discomfort and improve stability. Here are some exercises you can try: Leg Raises: Lie on your back and raise one leg at a time, keeping it straight, then lower it back down. Repeat on each leg. Wall Sits: Stand with your back against a wall and lower your body into a sitting position, as if you were sitting in an invisible chair. Hold this position for as long as you can. Step-Ups: Use a step or sturdy platform. Step up onto it with one foot, then bring the other foot up. Step back down and repeat, alternating legs. Lunges: Take a large step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Push back up to the starting position and repeat on the other leg. Calf Raises: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly lift your heels off the ground, rising onto the balls of your feet. Lower back down and repeat. Hamstring Curls: Stand and lift one foot behind you, bending your knee and bringing your heel toward your buttocks. Hold briefly, then lower your foot back down. Repeat on each leg. Remember to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your exercises as your strength improves. It's also essential to maintain good form to avoid injury. If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional or a physical therapist before starting a new exercise routine.
