Guys, let's do full body workout with resistance bands at home. This is the 7th session of my 8 weeks muscle building program. If gyms are closed but you want to build muscles then resistance bands are perfect for you. Follow this resistance band full body workout routine to gain muscles in 8-10 weeks. I'm covering Chest, Triceps, Biceps, Shoulder, Back, and Legs workouts in this video which is more than sufficient if done regularly (3 days a week) with high protein diet.
