Imagine the band breaking up at 4:15.. i freaken love it! Blessing when in lockdown! I close my eyes and see myself performing the identical exercises in the gym using a machine or weights. This is quite beneficial. thanks for posting this awesome video man.. great job!
are bhai ye resistance band order kiya tha , sala uska rubber hi tut gaya hai bich me se ab workout nahi ho rha , bcz bich mese tut gaya hai to gir band bhi choti ho gyi hai .. pese barbad ho gye..

Hello Jatin, one muscle a day may not be as effective. Try to hit each muscle at least twice a week for better results. One muscle a week is helpful when your workout volume and intensity is high.
Hi sir! I've got my resistance bands but currently I weigh 104kgs. Shall I start doing them straight away or shall I build some endurance and then go for bands work out??? Please advice...

Arey bhai ek baat batao ye pump kaisa aata hai band se excersise karne hai ,I mean jaise gym mai pump aata hai weight utahne se waise hi pump feel hoga kya ? Mene kabhi resistance band se excersise nhi kia so I don't know
@@Anonymous-yf2oh yeah it was very great but it became too easy for me so I started using dumbbells and gained a lot of muscles but the mistake I did was i stopped doing exercises and only use to do muscles exercise due to which i gained bulky muscles

Ok, please clear one more thing. 3-4 months ago I was having decent muscle size and was near about 66 kgs. Due to many exams coming together i was unable to do exercise at home, so in 3-4 months, I lost all muscle mass and weight dropped down to 57 kgs. Its a huge loss without any physical excursion. Chest and shoulders have shrunk very much, arms(especially bicep and tricep area has finished totally) and legs have have got thin , more than what i expected. Every cloth which used to be fit a year ago is loose as hell now. Have grown very underconfident due to this. Suggest something to recover from this muscle loss please. 😫 after seeing all this i have no motivation to exercise and think that i will never gain muscle again.
Hi Pulkit, Please don't get demotivated. If you did this in the past then you can do it again. Actually, when we stop working out and don't take enough protein then we start losing muscles and that's normal. So in order to gain muscle, you need to start working out again. Do strength training regularly and take high protein diet and eat clean to get in shape. I know its frustrating to lose muscles but that's a natural phenomenon. So don't get demotivated and start working out, you'll get there. All the best and let me know if you have any questions. I would love to help.

+Steve Fo Thanks for your comment. You can split and customize these workouts to design your own plan. Something like two muscle groups a day split or upper & lower body workout circuits, whatever works best for you.

Hi Shila, spot reduction is not possible. You need to lose the overall body weight and you will lose the belly fat eventually. And for that you need to be in calorie deficit (eat less calories than you burn). Will make a weight loss series for beginners in near future and in that I'll cover more about this.
Hi Chirag, its okay but not the best because its high in carbs / sugar (18 g) per serving with only 12 g protein. Look for protein powder which is high in protein (approx. 24g) per serving and no added sugar / less carbs (max 2-3 g). Technically, you don't need protein powder if you can get sufficient protein from your diet (soy, eggs, chicken, fish, daal, chana, sprouts etc.). You can choose your sources according to your preference

For weight loss, you need to eat less calories than your maintenance calories, Workout will help you to gain muscles and burn som extra calories which will help in fat loss.
will 2 sets of 12-15 reps be sufficient for putting on muscle mass? Whenever I open reddit and stuff they all suggest like 5-6 sets of 10 reps of 4 exercises for each muscle and it seems overkill. No way I can do so much on just 1 muscle.
