This is a 37 minute yoga workout class aimed to strengthen and to stretch your body. This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime in the day.
You'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain.
This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

Nice class, lots of work. I struggled with some poses but then am old and have sticky hips and low back, knees lol etc etc.

Awesome practice!! your alignment instruction for wheel completely changed my usually very uncomfortable wheel (which is why i normally avoid and stick to bridge) into a strong and much more comfortable one. Thank you!

I have been practicing with you for a while now, and today updog was conquered! I always collapse in my lower lumbar and I have bad back pain so I often avoid updog. Today I finally understand using those back muscles in the thoracic spine to prevent collapsing and crushing my lumbar. Thank you so much for your continual commitment to proper alignment and teaching. Namaste!!

It always fees soooo good to practice with you Tim (and Ollie and Carolyne this time around)! :) I had been taking live classes as I feel super lonely but I'm not sure what's the point of doing so with YogaWorks' platform change now. You were the one thing missing on YW, now it feels like pretty much everything is missing. 😅 Anyways, another one of my comments that's getting way too long and I feel like I'm just ranting to myself publicly, sorry about that!! I just wanna say that I absolutely loved this practice. You always explain each pose in great detail and this class helped me with A LOT of these postures I had trouble with including the one grabbing my elbows behind my back. Keep up the fantastic work!!

I was excited to see a male teacher and thought i'd check Tim out..🤣No pun intended! *Tim will get your ass in shape!* He will have you pushing yourself and sweating. I enjoy his flows even though they are challenging for me.

Hey Tim! I am really enjoying the Movement series! I was a little late to start this series, so I have been doing the weekly videos everyday. Do yo think it's ok to do the weekly videos daily or do you think I should stick to doing 1 or 2 videos a week?

Hi ! My head tends to drop backwards in reverse tabletop and following pose ( 31:00). Is it a good thing? Should my head be free or be in the same line as the spine ?

I usually teach same line as the spine, like you have an orange between your chin and chest :)
