Love this guy man I like the advice he gives and his diet doesn’t seem all that fancy but as long as you love what you are eating that makes you stick to it! Also His genetics are god tier 🔥
Even though I'm on the exact opposite of the spectrum as these guys (I'm short and run a lot, so I want to be as light as possible while staying healthy), I admire the fuck out of their discipline for getting their workouts in, being so diligent about their eating and rest, and their commitment to the overall process. I would love to have their commitment to eating clean/being so on point about their macros and ability to think long term. While I've been running for awhile, I am not a patient person whatsoever and always want results like the next day
@@JoRiouxxx Well I wasn't thinking about that. But their very strong diet discipline. I'm pretty shit at sticking to a diet and am quick to want to drop it
He hit the nail on the head. Building a great body takes...TIME. Like...literally...and half decade. So many people workout for 9 months, then take a year off, then workout for 6 months, and take two years off. And wonder why they can't grow. Or get defined arms. Or whatever your goal is.
It's true. I've gotten up to about 228lb at 8-9% body fat at 5'10". No drugs, nothing except a perfect diet. Sometimes protein shakes obviously but that was it. Only took me 3-4 years LMAO shit takes sooooo long.
@@wombat5252 Biggest pile of bull shit I've ever read. Even across 10 years that shit is unbelievable, let alone 3-4. The biggest a natty can be at 5ft 10 and 8-9%bf is 200lbs max, maybe 210 if you have a thick frame and Ronnie Coleman genetics.
@@MR12AMAZING LMFAO 200 max? You clearly don't know how much muscle weighs. Have you ever even lifted a 100lb dumbbell? Drugs DO NOT CREATE NEW MUSCLE CELLS. You have a preset number of cells from birth. Drugs only make it easier and quicker to grow muscle and stay lean.
He had me until he asked for the CHEESEBURGER WITH NO CHEESE!! The lady at the restaurant said, you mean a HAMBURGER. This guy must have been so hungry he couldn't think straight 🤣🤣🤣
That burger place just needs to sign this man already. Every time he's there it's empty, and he's there ALOT. Just go ahead sign him and make some cash lol. Pretty sure he'd do it just for the free food.
I’ll tell you one thing, this guy is not putting down a 3000 calorie fast food meal at night on a regular basis for the “bulk.” Easy way to put on unnecessary fat gain in the offseason, even when you’re 270lb of muscle. They like to put on a show for these videos
Gotta love people in the comments talking crap about roids when he’s clearly a pro bodybuilder. Like no crap that’s what they do to help get the physique they need to compete
Bring back the PAM guy. Best cooking tutorial ever in that video. Gordon ain’t got crap in that Pam guy Also I definitely am accustomed to eating large meals a few times a day. And I’m not even a bodybuilder. Just American lmao
I would looooveee to see one of these videos with no music, that would be a lot weirder and much more realistic. Lots of silent contemplative chewing. They should also do a series on bathroom problems, I bet these guys have a lot of digestive and gastrointestinal complications due to their diets. 💩 💪
Guys imagine this guy coaching you, what a legend. Thanks coach for coaching me how to get down Nesquik, Burgers, Cookies, Milkshakes. What a healthy option of living a healthy lifestyle.
And yet i bet his blood work is far superior to yours because he's eating for purpose. It's called balance. A lot of us eat this way, the difference between us and normies like yourself, is that were using the calories and being active while you just sit around making comments on youtube.
@@ryanwentzel3566 I don’t want to hate on him or sm like that. I respect him as a bodybuilder for the hardworking. But I guarantee that my blood work is better than you both. You don’t know anything about me so talk is cheap dude. Where are the veggies, where are all the healthy fats? Micronutrients? You have no idea what are you talking about. This is a Hunter Labdrada 2.0 mixing rice crispy with protein power to gain muscle also abusing the drugs on top of that.
@@antonio-viva1162 I think you're a bit dense mate. You commented this as if he eats this every single day. Lmfao talk about clueless. Did you even use any thought process as to how he balances out his meals?
Do these cats really think that we are so dumb that we can’t tell their on steroids? Like seriously. Then he said something fishy about a certain type of eggs but yet he’ll put gear in his body lol
