I don't know how to eat just a cup of cereal. I only know how to eat the whole box. 😅So I just keep cereal out of my house.

I’m really trying to understand weight watchers. personally, I just do calories in vs calories out so WW confuses me a bit. If something is 0 points you can have as many as you want? how is that helpful? for example, eating 30 apples or bananas in one day is so many calories.

Counting calories can be bad for some people ( mentality) so they do smart points on high calorie food. But you also have to use common sense just because it’s zero points doesn’t me you should binge eat it. Just like any lifestyle you have to eat in moderation. That’s why in the video she said the cheese is technically zero smart points but she gives it a point because she use a lot of it. Every zero point item is zero points up til a certain amount. 1 Apple may be zero points but 30 apples are probably 25 points.

First i am not with nor against WW but this is what i understand from it. People hyperfocus on calories which technically will make you lose weight but i can lead to unhealthy eating habits. Why? Because you can eat Oreos all day and still lose weight if you count your calories. WW allows you to eat healthy foods such as veggies and fruits that you should be eating anyway without feeling guilty about it or having to count them as calories. On the other hand, if something is not healthy but low in calories it will still be high in points because it is not healthy for you regardless of whether it fits your calories or not. On the long term, people will learn how to have a healthier lifestyle.

No, you don't eat as much as you want. For example shrimp are zero points on the WW Blue plan. And a serving of shrimp is 3 ounces. So I eat 3 ounces of shrimp per meal. At least that's how I approach the zero point foods. I could be wrong. But it has been working for me.🤷🏾‍♀️

I love ww. Week 4 and 10lbs down! I'm still eating what I normally would for the most part, just in moderation and it helps me be more conscious of what I am eating. This feels like something I could do for the long run easily

You should eat more greens, fruits, and homemade meals. I know you said you don’t like certain veggies and fruits but it can help

Maybe mixing the bbq sauce and chicken in a bowl prior to placing on tortilla would spread the sauce out more evenly....just a thought...love your videos!

There’s no right or wrong way to work the plan. If you want to eat keto (dirty or clean), vegan, vegetarian or organic everything do it. We all have to do what’s best for us. This isn’t a diet, it’s a life style. As long as you have the points and stay within the potion sizes there shouldn’t be a issue.

I am in maintenance and currently 14 weeks pregnant and I have a plain bagel and cream cheese everyday!!!!! That Cinnamon Toast Crunch looks so so good!!!!!!! Also that quesadilla was so beautiful! Hahaha it cooked so well and so pretty! Good idea!

Sis I see Excitement in your eyes and that natural face is 🔥🔥, loving the hair wish i had some edges to do that but that's another story. Sis the hell with others say. I had weightloss surgery last week and people were telling me not to do it and all the bad things that could happen. Some said I hope you don't lose to much weight.
