i really like her. she is like a friend, she talks about her day, prep, she doesnt act or anything, just natural chit chat. plus meal tips etc. looking forward to see more from her !
Natural, honest and nice REAL people are very hard to find. Most people put on a mask when they go outside, or don't talk at all. These days especially newer generation completely lack social skills and communication skills.
Smh this is a weird and crazy comment. Lmao these you tubers are not your friends bcuz they have someone reply to u in comments. U r a monthly check. Omg people r weird as hell😂. She left out her 💉 cycle so nothing is "real" about her
@@rebel4466 Thats teh beauty of being ripped. Unless you show it nobody would know and no crappy comments in public. Plus a ripped 14 inch arm looks like a 16. A fat 16 looks...just fat. lol
We need more of her! I really resonated with her story as a child. I was in the same position where I grew up chubby and had an extremely low self esteem. Now I will say that I have a better physique than the average person! She’s awesome!
I could listen to her talk all day. 😭 Definitely going on a Samantha binge. Even tho I’m not going to be body building, I think I could still learn something from her.
Yes!! A full day of eating! With none other than the best female athlete with those bad ass tats! Super detailed about her upbringing and what goes into her meal preps as well as her supplements. I love each and everyone one of these video's because you learn so much in about 15 min or less and sometimes that's all you need! Thank you again M.S. these video's are truly inspiring to go out there and be the best version of you!
It’s amazing what Samatha can do with less than 2000 calories! This is a great series to watch while cooking or eating. It helps me look at what I can cut out and what I can substitute to take it to the next level. (Edit) I have the same attitude about eggs. If I’m only eating a couple whole eggs the yolks better be nice and orange.
I had the great fortune to meet Samantha at the 2022 North Americans! I passed her in the hall after taking 3rd in my Figure debut (over55 class A). Like Sam I started in bikini so I feel like a kindred spirit. She is warm & absolutely wonderful!!
She's amazing, i used to lift till i lost motivation, this channel is giving me some motivation to want to lift again, and Samantha is a great person, high spirits, positive vibes all around. 💪
I have nothing but respect for people who stick to this kind of lifestyle. For a dairy and meat eater, when I see these videos, it looks heavenly at first, getting to consume loads of eggs , chicken and beef on a daily basis. In reality, more than 2 days of this diet would drive me mad i think and having to spend loads of money on dairy , meat , supplements , protein powder etc. As someone who lifts weights and does cardio and tries to consume more protein where I can, the exercise is the easy part. The diet is the solid part.
As a 240 lb 6'1 male that takes in around 600mg of caffeine throughout my entire day it's crazy to think about taking all that in one fell swoop in the morning on an empty stomach.
Love that Carbmaster vanilla yogurt. Only 70 calories per portion, so I usually double it up and add some whey protein powder and PB powdered peanut butter to make a high protein treat.
She’s the best!!!! I will have to look for that honey mustard, I like honey mustard as well but never had it on eggs so I will have to give that a try, keep the vids going!
Serious question guys, I know there’s at least one person who feels as I do. I used to workout hard before my ligaments and tendons injuries, had to stop and just picked up back at it again. As time has passed by, I’ve noticed I hate food in the sense where I get bored of it, and also at times get nauseous after eating some food. Has someone had that experience where they don’t want to eat but just do for survival etc reasons?
Wow this is a very amazing and superb video mam telling about what you eating in a day and about your workout and keep it up and keep training hard and be positive and happy always
The yolks are super orange because they the chickens a feed that has marigolds flowers in it. I raise some chickens and I feed mine that same type of feed.
why do so many professional bodybuilders hold the railings on the cardio machine. They're basically reducing the calories burnt which is essentially wasting their time
I am big on flavor and if I had to watch my macros everyday, I would try to have as much variety as a possibly can. The consistent flavors would make me feel like eating is a chore even if you are hungry.
I'm so intrigued by these videos because I need to reach a certain amount of calories for the day but its so hard. How are they able to remain hungry or have the will to eat so much?
In every single video I noticed EVERYONE microwaves their oats, am I seriously the ONLY individual who just boils Hot water and uses that for my oatmeal?
She must be on the East Coast, I noticed Private selection pink Himalayan salt. That's at Kroger product... I'm the same way, I'd like to taste the carbs because I try not to eat too many cuz I'm trying to drop some weight now but yeah I eat my protein and carbs separate too. Alex and Ani though because protein is obviously an important staple for building muscle and carbs are fuel for the muscle so💪👍.
