Unfortunately our government has lied to us since the sixties about fat and fatty red meat being unhealthy. What’s causing all of the disease is sugar, carbohydrates, processed foods, seed oils, and a low fat diet. It took me 57 years to figure this out.
This! Low-carb is the way to go, especially for those of us in menopause! (Look up The Galveston Diet and Dr. Mary Claire Haver, and her research on low-carb and its effect on menopause and hormones.) Don’t be afraid of fat! Tired of the low-fat narrative.
@@akm2743 I’ve been keto for 3 years and now carnivore for a year. I lost 225 pounds and came off of all 12 prescription drugs. Reversed diabetes, high blood pressure, ED, gout, sleep apnea and more. Blood labs are stellar and cardiologist is amazed.
