Full Episode: In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke heads to the Wisconsin Dells to visit Mirror Lake with his trusty canoe to try and pull some monster perch for dinner. Paddling down the Wisconsin River, Luke finds himself at the Aldo Leopold shack. Aldo Leopold is thought of as one of Wisconsin’s most influential conservationists and author of “A Sand County Almanac”. Luke get’s the opportunity to cook an old Leopold family recipe of Cornbread, which pairs with his lake caught perch.
