Yes I've got a 2012 Ford F-150 and I put the new ant had on it with the two new keys and when I went into the body control module and try to activate the starter already on it then I lost my driver side front door have you ever had that to happen to you when you've activated your remote starter and it says actuator switch is bad appreciate you input
I wanna do this but I have to buy a key with the new key do I have to do anything special to it for it to be able to remote start or just the normal pogroming thing with the two keys

You can get the key cut anywhere they cut keys if the guy knows what he is doing, nothing special about that. You can program the key in the truck without a dealer.
@@flostate2764 you can use the FORscan to program that new key on your own too right? I currently only have ONE key so I always thought i'd have to go to the dealer to get that back but this OBD2 device can handle?
@@NoName-ml5yk no. It’s worse than I first realized also. One click starts it. I don’t have to click lock first (but truck does lock when it starts). If I’m just around the truck with key in my pocket it can “pocket start” if the button gets pressed by other keys or something. Won’t shut off pressing any buttons. I even tried tried turning remote start off and back on in forscan. Didn’t work. Tried relearning the key didn’t work either. Considering trying a new key.
