Onboard one of LNER newer services direct from Harrogate to London Kings Cross via Leeds. We will be calling at Leeds, Wakefield Westgate, Doncaster, Grantham, Stevenage and London Kings Cross.
A smooth journey overall, we got held outside Leeds due to waiting for a platform before a stop of around 10 minutes at the platform before reversing and heading out to the ECML
A great trip overall and one that I would do again. LNER are doing well at adding additional destinations and upping frequencies. Hopefully the direct Huddersfield service comes back soon and a possibility of Middlesborough in late 2021/early 2022.
