In this special instalment of VOX POP we bring you "Ramones: The Raw & Uncut Interview" (1986) Exclusive Interviews Vox Pop 1986 #JoeyRamone #DeeDeeRamone
Love Joey but Dee Dee ruled this interview , hilarious, exactly how a punk band interview should be makes me think of ace frehley joking around in the Tom synder kiss interview or like nirvana 1991 interviews , just funny as hell being super cool
Dee Dee was hilarious when he wasn't high on heroin. Glad I had a chance to meet him. Wish I had met Joey. Joey appears to be in a sedated drug haze here, normally he was much more chatty.
There will never be a band with all interesting characters, talent and looks ever in the world as Ramones; so sad there are dead so young. Here are the two main songwriters ( Tommy wrote a los in the first 3 records, Jonny not much , and Richie contributed somo songs and vocals, CJ wrote a couple and of course Daniel Rey co wrote a lot
I am not American, nor born english speaker, I wonder what is DeeDee talking about with "Dog sons or Docksons/sounds ???" cattle brot etc. Can someone help me here please ? :) Thanks in advance internet community !
Ele viveu em Berlim em plena "guerra fria", em ambiente militar... Normal que fosse mais à direita mesmo Berlim DDR é uma merda mesmo, e Berlim DBR era uma das cidades mais legais do mundo...
I didn’t like the interviewer. She may be a fine journalist in other contexts, but did not mesh well with Joey and Dee Dee at all. She really brought out absolutely nothing.
@@JR-wj7vk Im 99% sure that was both a bit of sarcasm & a dig at rhe interviewer for saying "some people would say its been long enough to let it go" or something to that effect.
Awful woman talking down to them like they are stupid and lazy. Every question is a snidey putdown. Why not talk about their music at all? They pick up on it though straight away - Dee Dee taking the p**s then enjoying the platform to talk, Joey finding her not really worth talking to.
