A 10-minute version of "Comfortably Numb" was performed at Earls Court, London on 20 October 1994, as part of The Division Bell tour. The Pulse video release edited out approximately 1:20 minutes of the ending solo, whereas the original pay-per-view video showed the unedited version.
Pulse (stylised as p·u·l·s·e) is a live album by the English rock band Pink Floyd. It was released on 29 May 1995 by EMI in the United Kingdom and on 6 June 1995 by Columbia in the United States. The album was recorded during the European leg of Pink Floyd's Division Bell Tour in 1994.
David Gilmour - lead vocals, guitar
Nick Mason - drums
Richard Wright - keyboards, backing vocals, lead vocals on "Astronomy Domine", "Time", and "Comfortably Numb"
Additional personnel:
Tim Renwick - guitar, backing vocals
Dick Parry - saxophone
Gary Wallis - percussion
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Comfortably Numb" is a song by the English rock band Pink Floyd, originally released on their eleventh album, The Wall (1979). It was released as a single in 1980 with "Hey You" as the B-side. The chorus progression and guitar solos were written by guitarist David Gilmour, while the lyrics and verse progression were written by bassist Roger Waters.
"Comfortably Numb" is one of Pink Floyd's most famous songs, renowned for its two guitar solos. In 2004, it was ranked number 314 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. In 2005, it became the last song ever to be performed by Waters, Gilmour, keyboardist Richard Wright, and drummer Nick Mason together. An early version of the song was included on the 2012 Wall "Immersion Box Set".
Roger Waters - lead vocals (verses), bass guitar
David Gilmour - lead and harmony vocals (chorus), bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, pedal steel guitar, Prophet-5 synthesiser.
Nick Mason - drums
Richard Wright - organ
with:
Michael Kamen - orchestral arrangements
Lee Ritenour - acoustic guitar

Do like your videos, must take quite a lot of work. Maybe you should have called your channel bandwagon as there does seem to be something of that mentality from those that do these reaction videos. I do wonder how many of the people doing these actually go on to listen to the tracks they react to again & further explore other music by thse bands. Odd that Pink Floyd only seems to have existed from Dark Side Of The Moon onwards, have yet to see reactions to Careful With That Axe Eugene from the album Ummagumma ( ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-O8OE4gedQuc.html ) a forgotten masterpiece & a good sing-a-long.

AMAReacts gives the greatest reaction as the music progresses. The expressions on his face are priceless. Weaboo, on the other hand, is frustratingly annoying and I firmly feel he would talk incessantly under ten feet of wet cement for the duration of the complete version of tubular bells. Meanwhile, Dat looked like he was comfortably numb himself for the entire duration. I believe he is still sitting there wondering what he just listened to.

Nah, I disagree. Weaboo shows genuine appreciation for what he’s hearing and obviously has a general ignorance of the band. He doesn’t talk THAT much but gets super into it and is endlessly surprised. AMAReacts just bobs his head with a blank expression.
@greypossum1
@greypossum1 5 лет назад
@@michaelcroteau5919 But he hardly shuts his mouth. Its all about him. Remember when radio Dee-Jays used to talk over the intro and outro of nearly all the tracks they played. And how annoying it was?? Its bloody annoying and it shows often shows his ignorance to the music he is playing because he certainly isn't listening to the majority of it. My generation placed a lot of importance on the actual listening of the music. The Wall is nearly 40 years old. I still remember buying a copy the day it came out. AMAReacts is totally appreciating everything he just heard. He almost honestly has never heard this before. And it shows.
@michaelcroteau5919
@michaelcroteau5919 5 лет назад
Marcus, I’m turning 40 this year. Been a Floyd fan for decades. I hear ya re: the talking over intros and outros - but in this case I feel like Wae is genuinely experiencing it and sharing it. He maybe talked a little too much but by and large he was quiet during the solos and such. If I just wanted to listen to the song only I’d just put it on! I like seeing someone experience it for the first time and hearing a little bit of what they’re thinking as it goes. I’m not sure AMA had anything going on. It really just looked like 95% blank stare to me. Maybe a difference of preferences!
@greypossum1
@greypossum1 5 лет назад
@@michaelcroteau5919 Michael, I just turned 64. So we certainly have a difference of preferences. I remember a lot of people having blank stares on their faces the night a group of us gathered at a friends place and played The Wall for the very first time days after it had been released. We knew we were experiencing something special. What piece of music by absolutely anybody from the past 3 years are our kids and/or grandkids going to be listening to in more than 30 years from now. Weaboo curses and talks incessantly in all of his videos. Its all for effect. It isn't at all necessary and it certainly isn't endearing. I love watching reactionary videos of Live Aid and looking into the sea of over 75,000 people at Wembley Stadium and not seeing one camera phone. Back in the good old days when you experienced a concert performance and lived right in the moment and never thought about if someone was filming it or even making a soundboard recording. Just quickly think of some amazing concerts or pub gigs you have witnessed that will only live on in your memory and remember how people next to you reacted in real time. Not days, weeks or decades after the event. We are the lucky ones. We got to witness what real music was.
