Thanks for posting these. I sure do enjoy these races. I wash we had a track like this where I live, I would be there every race. The announcer is pretty hilarious too
1.) Looks like Cutlass let his wife take over the driving. 2.) Whatever the new owner of the Monte Carlo did over the off season made it WAY slower. 3.) The hit by the Mustang was intentional. He knew there was no way he could race his way around that Camaro.
Yeah nvr mind on Seekonk aug 6th I still got a loan on my car and I can't take it out there lol I'll be recording I guess. Still plan on going if you can would be cool to get different perspectives

Nice! Stock they're very reliable, but almost none are stock. If you turn the wick up you're looking at transfer cases, internals and the rest if you want reliable long term with heavier use. Still a great platform and highly respected.
err... 2jz is a toyota engine. found in the late 90's supra, the lexus IS300 and lexus SC300. the evoVIII has a 2x turbo'd 4g63 engine, used in various mitsu, talon and dodge cars starting around '93 and can produce incredible BHP with decent tuning. the evo8 also is AWD and geared short, hence its off the line acceleration.
@@d0sitmatr how bout the 4g63 came out in the 80s...first car was 85 starion....awd rally car..the 4g63 came the the US in 1990 ..eagle talon tsi..eclipse gsx... Plymouth lazer awd...and of course the evo...doesn't take to much to make those cars fast
@@asherdeangelo3268 didnt think that was the 4g63, wasnt the starion/conquest a smaller block ? I did know about the lazer (had one) and the talon (had one of those as well :p) but yes, I did get my dates wrong.
@@d0sitmatr no it was a 2.0 even hks made a head for it cause its illegal to have anything bigger than a 2.0 in rally racing..reason is the starion was using the 2.6 the biggest 4 cylinder and that was winning all the races. The US got the 2.6 but it came with lsd rear end..I have 2 of them. But as time went by over the years the 4g63 has changed as far as the internals...just better built and turbos , injectors ect
I haven't been able to get a sat night off of work to record the spec drags at Seekonk that they do in between the Thrill shows. I'll be lucky to get footage up in another month or so lol. You got next Thrill Show ;)
Yup aug. 6th...I'll be in my '13 gen coupe, my friend has a red 2000 bmw 528i. I'm gonna spread word as well to others lol, all we can hope for is good weather !!
Chris Kennie I'd love to see that too but the little Bitch Audi driver said he was just going to try to crash into me from the start. That being said, I'll still be there. We will see who shows and if he hits me, I'll make it a show like no other

Alex Parechanian they do know how to drive. They're both undefeated within their RWD and AWD classes up in Massachusetts for 2 years straight. Wanna try to out-drive them? You talk a big game lol.
