The full yogic breath, sometimes known as the three-part breath, involves consciously and systematically breathing deeply into three different sections of the torso.
Full yogic breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, refreshes the mind, and encourages a more balanced state.

Absolutely correct. My rate of breathing has been 3 to 4 times per minute since last 35 years. Even less than 3 at times. Please give me instructions if possible. I have not tried any techniques...it csme spontsneous. 🙏🕉🙏👍👍👍🙏🕉🙏🕉

Sir kya ham full yogic breathing me jab exhale karte hain to two pauses dete hain..jaise ki pahle clavicular release karen pause for moment and then release thoracic pause for a moment and then release abdomen...kya aise hi karte hain ? Please guide. Regards!
