Love the enthusiasm and explanations Polly gives!! Really makes me believe I am a worthy opponent to PD. It’s a little like the the words to the song “High Hopes “. She has such a positive attitude and I know it works for me. Thanks Nancy
Hi Nancy, thank you so much for your wonderful comment. We are so glad these videos and Polly's vibrant nature supports you as you tackle PD!! Keep up the great work and know that we are always cheering you on :)
Thank you so much for your kind words Ivory!! It means the world to us and keeps us inspired to do more and work harder for the Parkinson's community every day!!

Hey there Jarmila!! Great to hear that you had fun doing the chacha - this workout is such a fun one isn't it!! See you again soon for more PFP fun friend :)
We did one of Polly's classes from a few month's ago. It was good to go back over things we have done before - trying to do the exercises as well as possible. I am conscious I need to use my voice more and I am working hard on this as I have got quieter without realising it over recent months. Many thanks Paula and Jon
Thank you for sharing with us Paula. We really appreciate it and hope that our classes are helpful in working on your vocal strength. Keep up the great work and we will see you for class again soon Paula and Jon :)
Yay Heang, fresh and energetic is the best way to feel after exercise - we love that you are always so invigorated after your exercise experience with PFP. Keep up the great work!!
Hi Marty!! Thanks so much for sharing. We always love hearing from you and love that you are trying classes out a few times each, good on you!! Keep up the wonderful work, you're doing so great :)
@@PowerforParkinsons Absolutely agree that PFP is doing a great work and I'm doing my best, though not always withh great success. It reaminds me a personal story. When I finished my regular military service I promised myself not to exercise for the rest of my life. It was not a joy to start a day with a 5km run, with full battle equipment on you. Now when I'm 76 with Parkinson's, I exercise almost every day. Of course there is nothing in common between you and the military. I'm just laughingat at myself.
@@mosheofer Thank you for sharing that story!! It amazing the way life turns out isn't it. We never know what is coming next!! Keep up the great work - your dedication inspires us!!
Hi Moshe, yes, thank you for sharing your story-such irony! Hopefully exercising now is more fun-we are truly grateful for your participation with our classes.
Hi Sylvia, please always make sure that you go at your own pace. This class is just a guideline and we encourage everyone to do what they can and rest when needed. Thank you for giving this class a try and we hope to see you again online soon!!

Hi Carol, your core will be engaged through most of these exercises but every time you think to engage it then definitely do as that will support you even more as you workout!! Keep up the great work!!
