You can pray to God on your tongue too as you are also moving your limbs to get help and take action. There’s different things for different situations. In war we can have people take guard while others pray in congregation so the enemy doesn’t take advantage and attack while people are in prayer.

It is a big sin to judge someone's faith or calling them less than. I have my plan and things that I want to accomplish as a muslim before wearing a hijab. Wearing a hijab for me requires a woman to be the purest she can be, I take hijab very seriously so before that I want to strengthen my iman. You don't know my journey. Advice can be given with pure intentions not by questioning ones intentions because nya only Allah knows and it shouldn't be anyone's business.
