I mean, in many ways she was a victim of the Joker. Joker was quite abusive towards her. Even as far back as Batman:TAS the audience really started to want her to leave Joker for her own health and safety. (I still remember the sound of the slap...... the wince and pain in Batman's eyes having witnessed the slap....... "children's" show, they never "showed" the abuse, but even children knew that it was an abusive relationship.)
Not sure if I got it, but I think batman's discipline comment wasn't "complimenting harley", but instead him telling nightwing to quite whining and tolerate it, like a nicer version of "it smells like you shutting up". Except round 2 even batman has to cover his nose
Can't be that bad, my sister would play softball and after a game her foot order was so bad she couldn't take her shoe's off in the car without everyone being hit by the smell immediately. Plus those same shoe were left outside until my mom washed them.
Batman is considered a stoic hero. And one of its teachings is self-discipline. What I have read from most of the comments are that batman smelled the sheer discipline that harley quin had from that fart, which is false. Batman said it smelled like discipline because he was training himself.

I love Harley and Batman’s relationship like they both clearly like each other in some way. I see Harley as she only fought him cuz of joker but she prolly liked Batman at some point and she likes to hang out w him cuz it’s fun to make someone like you like grow on them. Then Harley is like Batman’s comfort character that helps him like enjoy life or just helps him ease off and stop being so tense. Idk but I like their relationship
As a kid who watched The Animated Series and was in love with it, and it was super dark back in the day. This film was much like a parody version of it.
The moment where Nightwing catches him tapping his fingers and then they both simultaneously look at eachother and just stare frozen completely killed me😭😭😭
