It’s not my favourite film but I loved Naomi in it, I always love her work. She’s got such a natural, laidback yet unique type of acting.

Naomi Watts is one of the most talented actress of all time, but I honestly didn’t enjoy Funny Games neither the original one.

Actually, it’s not because the movie is shocking or provocative. The reason I didn’t enjoy Funny Games is because the movie simply bored me, but it’s clear about what the movie is about and its criticism. I didn’t find it realistic either, especially in certain shocking moments. Even the audience are not suppose to enjoy Funny Games, but I know a lot of people, some of them are film theorists and filmmakers, who love the movie so much to consider it one of their favorite movies. There are also filmmakers who pay homage to Funny Games, like Jordan Peele did in both of his movies Get Out and Us. But I respect a lot Michael Haneke, if someone wants to understand his style, then I’d recommend to watch Funny Games and also The White Ribbon, which is the movie that I found more interesting.

I hated the actual situation I wished it had 2 versions the director could have gone a step further to leave the audience satisfied... one ending the original ... the other where the family survived ... tubby gets killed the cops turn up and arrest the other bastard who likes to play with gold balls. Moral of the story never trust any unknown scumbag at your door .. open the door to strangers with a knife in hand... Seen the impossible. And king kong this is why I love Naomi watts so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤

You aren’t cheering on violence when he gets shot, you’re cheering on the fact that a cold blooded murderer deserves to die, a life for a life, they both deserved death whether shown graphically or implied like the other killing in this disgusting movie. That’s why Ted Bundy is no longer with us today.
